About this place

This 16 km grand circuit is flanked by two other loop routes starting from Crécy-Couvé and Saint-Ange-et-Torçay. The backbone of the GR 351 and these three circuits let you explore the area at your own pace with the family.| The route largely follows the Blaise valley, occasionally climbing to the heights for a better view. The wooded sections may give you a chance to spot large animals. The churches have distinctive architecture and have been renovated. The village of Crécy-Couvé is a great base for discovering the heritage linked to Mme de Pompadour: la Bellassière, la Machine... Numerous water mills, now privately owned and restored, dot the Blaise valley. The peace and quiet of this area makes it a wonderful spot for a relaxed stroll. Circuit created with the support of the Comité Départemental de Randonnée Pédestre d'Eure-et-Loir. Follow the yellow waymarks. Dogs allowed on a lead.
