  • Contributions: information about places, reviews, corrections, and reports you submit, along with the associated username.
  • Optional contact: email address if you provide it to be contacted about a suggestion.
  • Local preferences: favourites and visited places are stored in your browser (localStorage) and are not transmitted to our servers.
  • Technical data: anonymous or aggregated usage statistics, where applicable, to improve the service.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed to publish and moderate contributions, respond to requests, and improve the service. The legal basis is the publisher's legitimate interest in providing a reliable service, as well as your consent when you voluntarily submit information.

4. Mapping

The map is built on OpenStreetMap tiles. Displaying tiles may transmit your IP address to the tile provider. Geolocation is only used if you enable it, and your position is not stored.

5. Data sharing

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It may be processed by our technical service providers, Vercel Inc. (hosting) and Supabase (database and authentication), solely for the operation of the service. Some of these providers are located outside the European Union; such transfers are then covered by appropriate safeguards, in compliance with the GDPR.

6. Retention period

Published contributions are retained for as long as they remain relevant to the service. Optional contact data is retained for the time necessary to process your request.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

8. Cookies and local storage

The site favours your browser's local storage for your preferences. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are placed without your consent. You can clear this data at any time from your browser.
