Good to know before you go
Specific rules
Permitted all year round before 10 am and after 7 pm. During these hours dogs may be let off lead provided they remain under their owner's control. Lead compulsory on the Promenade Savignac (boardwalk). Fouling of play areas and sandpits prohibited. Supervised beach 11 am–7 pm in July–August · dog swimming outside supervised zones.
