La place forte d'Epernon
HikingÉpernonFree
About this place
This hike combines the discovery of the built heritage of the cereal plain around Epernon and the Drouette valley. It partly follows the route leading to Saint-Jacques de Compostelle, the GR 655. | This partly urban circuit, passing through Epernon and Hanches, follows the Drouette valley, which rises in the Yvelines and flows into the Eure in Eure-et-Loir. Overlooking the valley, Epernon is a fortified town that has preserved some medieval buildings. Circuit created with the help of the Comité Départemental de Randonnée Pédestre d'Eure-et-Loir. Follow the yellow waymarks. Dogs allowed on a lead.
