About this place
Two hundred and fifty kilometres linking Paris to Mont-Saint-Michel through the heart of Normandy, the GR22 crosses the bocage of the Orne and the grassy plains of the Manche in a thoroughly Atlantic gentleness. Shaded hollow lanes, Norman orchards, granite villages and a horizon of polders succeed one another in a landscape of absolute serenity. Dogs love its dirt paths winding between hedgerows and Norman cattle pastures.
