A forest overlooking the Dieppe cliffs · la forêt d'Arques extends over 4,200 ha of beech and oak woods around the medieval château d'Arques-la-Bataille. FSC and PEFC certified · it offers a network of hiking trails between chalk cliffs and steep valleys. Dogs on a lead can walk typical Norman hollow lanes with views over the bends of the Arques.

Fine of 135 euros rising to 750 euros for a dog not kept on a lead outside forest paths from 15 April to 30 June. Hunting in season: check the ONF calendar.
Specific rules
Dogs allowed. Lead mandatory outside forest paths from 15 April to 30 June (protection of wildlife during the breeding season). For the rest of the year the dog must remain under control within 100 m of its owner. On forest paths a lead is not required provided the dog remains under constant control.
