A green promenade of several kilometres along the Lez from the centre of Montpellier to Lattes, the banks of the Lez form the city's great green corridor. Cycle paths, pedestrian tracks and natural spaces alternate between the river and the residential neighbourhoods. Dogs on leads can follow a year-round walk with no restrictions.
